Creative visualisation is one of the most powerful tools to help you get to where you want to go. The most important thing about creative visualisation is setting and focusing intent and attaching good feelings like appreciation, love and gratitude to it.
Creative visualisation exercise
To begin this process think of something that you would like to have more of or you would like to bring into your life. This maybe something like health, wealth, a better relationship spiritual or personal development or states like confidence, relaxation, focus etc.
Once you have chosen what it is that you want to work with get into a relaxed position where you will not be disturbed and close your eyes. Bring a picture to mind that represents you having what you want. Sit with it for a few moments and let it absorb into your awareness. As you sit with it you may feel it start to change your state already. Don’t get too caught in in needing to be a perfect visualiser focus more on the intent and let words, feelings and pictures arise. Use what works for you.
Once you have a sense of your desire think of something that represents neutrally positive things to you. The sun, a rainbow circle, the beach, a god form of some kind or a symbol that represents healing, power and or higher source things.
Spend as long as you like switching between the two images and let the power symbol become connected to the desired outcome. 5 -10 mins is a good time for this.
Once complete. Let go of the process and return to the moment with an attitude of expectant neutral gratitude and go about your business as usual.
